This course is designed for people who are working in a commercial transportation capacity. In this 4 hour course, you will have solid knowledge of how border crossing regulations apply to commercial truck driving. You will be learning customs documentation, U.S border regulations, and U.S. licensing regulations. Manuals will be provided by United Drivers Training and you will receive a certificate at the end of the course which is accepted by all the companies. Anybody can take part in this course.

Before obtaining your learner’s permit, a vision test must be passed.  For this test, you will simply be asked to read a set of alphabets so the examiners are able to test your vision.

The written test itself includes general knowledge of rules of the road as well as road signs.  This will help you prepare for your future road test, as well as on the road driving.

The job of the examiner is to check your driving ability in different situations.  These may include starting the car, stopping, passing, turning through controlled intersections, parallel parking (uphill and downhill), reversing, driving at the posted speed, and steering techniques.
